What our clients say
As an out-of-province landlord, I needed a reliable team on the ground. D&D's monthly reports are detailed and their communication is excellent.
They screened tenants thoroughly for my duplex. Found great tenants who pay on time and take care of the property. Worth every penny of the management fee.
Questions & answers
A little clarity,
before you begin.
Are these properties managed by D&D?
The photographs are licensed illustrations, not a managed-property portfolio. They show building types and visible details without claiming ownership or a client relationship.
Can a photograph help explain a management need?
Yes. Use it to identify a relevant feature, such as a shared entrance, outdoor access or the building’s surroundings. Describe the actual condition and responsibilities at your property.
Should I send private tenant records with an initial enquiry?
A general description of the property, occupancy and management needs is enough to begin. Do not include tenant identification documents or other private records in the initial form.
