Yes. We manage the entire process in compliance with Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act (RTA). This includes issuing proper notices (N4, N5, etc.), filing applications with the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), and representing your interests throughout.
Tenants submit maintenance requests through our online portal or 24/7 emergency line. We assess priority, dispatch our vetted contractors, and keep you informed with updates and cost approval for any work exceeding a pre-set threshold.
Our screening process includes credit checks, employment and income verification, previous landlord references, and background checks. We ensure tenants meet strict criteria before recommending placement, reducing the risk of late payments and property damage.
