Questions & answers
A little clarity,
before you begin.
Can I enquire about selected tasks instead of full management?
Choose the closest listed service and explain which responsibilities you want to discuss. The enquiry does not establish an agreed management scope.
What should I include about tenants?
A general description of occupancy and current management needs is enough for an initial enquiry. Avoid including tenant identification documents or other private records in this form.
How should I describe a portfolio?
Use the optional unit-count question and summarize the property types and locations. Note any responsibilities that differ between properties.
When is a management arrangement confirmed?
Responsibilities, fees, owner approvals, reporting and transition arrangements need to be agreed. The recorded-request message confirms the enquiry was received, not that management has begun.
Outline the support your property needs
Include the property type, approximate unit count and the responsibilities you would like considered.

Request recorded
Your property-management enquiry was recorded. The requested responsibilities, property details and owner approvals still need to be reviewed before any management arrangement is agreed.

What our clients say
As an out-of-province landlord, I needed a reliable team on the ground. D&D's monthly reports are detailed and their communication is excellent.
They screened tenants thoroughly for my duplex. Found great tenants who pay on time and take care of the property. Worth every penny of the management fee.
